Time flies when you’re having fun super busy
Even with all the stuff that’s been going on, I made some time for fun.
Saturday night was the stamping party at Anne’s. Every year she opens her studio up to a handful of lucky people who stamp, emboss, and color the paper projects of their choice. The wine is offered purely to stimulate creativity. I made a bookmark (pictured right) and a greeting card.
Today I continued tutoring MC in the finer points of Photoshop. Included in my visit with her was a recap of last night’s poker tournament. Over the last four years she’s held monthly poker games with bi-annual tournaments. MC shared pages upon pages of notes, wine labels, and poker memorabilia in the scrapbook journal she keeps chronicling the history of their games.
Jenn, I *love* that bookmark! Will you bring it the next time you come over? I want to see it up close!
